Transition Planning
Student Led Transition
Here at West Navarre Primary, we are an Anchor 4 Life School. This is a Navy funded program that focuses on connecting youth and helping them attain coping and resiliency skills with an emphasis on peer-to-peer interactions and relationships. It is open to all students and not just the military students. We offer student led tours for all incoming students to include the military students. Our on-site Military Family Life Consultants try to connect with all new military students and have them join one of our military groups so that they can immediately meet other military students.
For more information regarding this program please visit https://anchored4life.com/

Purple Up Day - Month of the Military Child
Each year we honor our military students during the month of April as it is the Month of the Military Child (MOMC). The district/state has designated April 15th as the official Purple Up Day. During that week, we will have daily dress up themes, and will also hold a special celebration for the Children of Military Families.
As we get closer to April, the schedule and events will be posted!
